TICKET DONATION POLICY

As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Players by the Sea is committed to donating tickets that support other organizations in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas. While we would love to accommodate all requests, as a non-profit organization we must limit the number of ticket contributions we make.

Before applying for ticket donations from PBTS, please read the following:

  • We can only grant your group a ticket donation once per year.

  • We do not issue monetary donations. 

  • Donations will include 2 tickets to be used for specified PBTS Productions. This does not include any Special Events or Rentals that may occur during the duration of the year. 

  • Tickets will be for any Thursday Night performance during a shows run.

NEXT STEPS 

If you've read all of the above and want to request ticket donations from PBTS, here are your next steps!

  1. You must submit an official donation request on your organization's letterhead

  2. Application must be received 8 weeks prior to your event. 

  3. Your application will be reviewed. If we are able to donate tickets, we will notify you via e-mail and your tickets will be sent via ground mail 4-6 weeks before your event.
