Our Box Office hours are:

  • Monday: CLOSED

  • Tuesday: 11a – 4p

  • Wednesday: 11a – 4p

  • Thursday: 11a – 4p (re-open at 7p on performance dates)

  • Friday: 11am – 4p (re-open at 7p on performance dates)

  • Saturday: 7p on performance dates

  • Sunday: 1p on performance dates

If you call during Box Office hours but do not reach a staff member, please leave a message. Our staff is serving other customers and will return your call as soon as possible.

Regular prices are:

  • General Admission: $35
  • Senior/Student/Military: $32

We are a general admission theatre, so seating is first-come, first-served. The only reserved seating that we put out is for upgraded Season Membership and handicapped. The theatre opens for seating approximately 30 minutes before curtain time. There’s not a bad seat at Players by the Sea!

Will I receive confirmation of my purchase?2022-10-16T19:03:49+00:00

If you provide us with your email address during your order, we will send you a confirmation with the details of your order at the time of purhcase. We will also send you a reminder the week of your scheduled performance.

Will my tickets be mailed to me? Do I need to print or bring anything with me?2022-10-16T19:04:13+00:00

We are a paperless theatre, so your reservation will be held at the door. No need to bring anything with you – just check-in with your name at the Box Office.

When can I check-in at the theatre?2022-10-16T19:04:34+00:00

The Box Office opens for check-in starting one hour prior to the performance.

Is there late seating?2022-10-16T19:04:57+00:00

Due to the intimate configuration of our theatre spaces, we cannot accomodate late seating. We encourage all ticket holders to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to curtain time. Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Is it possible to request an accessible seat?2022-10-16T19:05:23+00:00

We are happy to accommodate requests for accessible seating.

What is my preferred performance is sold out? Do you have a waiting list?2022-10-16T19:05:48+00:00

If a performance you’d like to attend has sold out, we encourage you to keep checking in with us! Seats may become available due to exchanges and/or cancellations.

Also, starting one hour prior to a sold out performance, the Box Office will begin a wait list. At curtain time, in the event of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, and at the discretion of the Box Office Associate and House Manager, seats may be released and sold to those on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis, with one exception. We will not take wait list names over the phone; you must arrive in person to sign up. We cannot guarantee that seats will become available, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I exchange my tickets to a different performance?2022-10-16T19:06:11+00:00

Single tickets may be exchanged to another performance of the same production up to 24 hours prior to the originally ticketed performance. Exchanges are subject to availability. Members may exchange tickets for another performance.

Can I get a refund?2022-10-16T19:06:27+00:00

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Credit vouchers may be issued at the discretion of the Box Office Manager.

Can I purchase tickets or Flexible Memberships as gifts?2022-10-16T19:06:53+00:00

We’d love for your to share PBTS with loved ones! Gift Certificates and Gift Memberships are perfect for any occasion or celebration and may be purchased in person at our Box Office or via phone at 904.249.0289!

We have a small bar with beer, wine, soda and water, by donation only. Anything purchased at the bar can be taken into the theatre. We are conveniently located at Jacksonville Beach. Come early and have dinner at the beach before the show. Call our Box Office for recommendations!
