COVID-19 UPDATE

Dear PBTS Patrons,

 

Thank you for making so much space for us to work through running a community theatre in the midst of a global pandemic. We appreciate your support as we work to take care of our staff, volunteers, and patrons so we can keep providing excellence in community theatre.

After careful thought and deliberation of our duties, and in what we believe is in the best interest of our patrons, staff, and community, Players by the Sea has put the following COVID-19 practices in place for the foreseeable future:

  • In addition to temperature checks at the door, we ask that masks be worn by all patrons, staff, and volunteers at all times except while eating or drinking. We want each of you here with us and keeping your mask pulled up over your nose and mouth while in the theatre will help us keep our doors open and the performers you love on the stage!
     

  • Masks will be available at the box office should you need one and hand sanitizer is also available throughout the building.
     

  • Our intermission will be extended and all patrons will be asked to exit the theatre for a breath of fresh air. During this time, the theatre will be treated with disinfectant by our phenomenal volunteers. 
     

  • Our Box Office is currently only available by phone to limit traffic within the building. Please call 904-249-0289 should you need personal assistance with ticketing. 

As always, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and make decisions based upon guidelines from the CDC. We will remain vigilant about following all recommendations carefully.

Please continue to keep our theater community at heart as we support each other with kindness and patience through these unprecedented times.
